Ingredients:Supergrain blend [Ragi, Jowar (Sorghum)}, Foxtail millet, Bengal Gram, Moong Dal, Brown Rice, Almond Powder, Cardamom powder, Vitamins and Minerals

How to Use:
Add 1/2 cup of water or milk into a pan.
Add 3 level tablespoons (30 gms) of Sathu Maavu mix.
Mix well to remove the lumps.
Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 mins and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Cool to room temperature and feed immediately.
